So... boy did I get pruned today! He showed me beyond a shadow of a doubt that without Him I am nothing at all!!! Then He showed me how He is making a way when I thought there would be no way... THANK YOU LORD JESUS!!! I Love You!
"I welcome the pruning of the Father that I might be more fruitful. Thank you for your loving discipline." It occurs to me that I have not been particularly grateful or welcoming of the Lord's pruning and discipline because it can hurt and cause discomfort. I need a better attitude about correction/clipping - and I ask forgiveness. Everything He does for us is for our best good; He is the perfect parent! ✝🙏🕊
Amen!! I chuckled when you talked about "learning your way slowly into gardening". I spent most of my life in gardening and not only is it an excellent time to spend with Jesus (since I was already on my knees crawling around weeding and tending plants), He has so much to teach us if we will just take the time to listen to Him. I pray that you and your family get to do this together and that all of you learn from Him the things He wants to show you in Christ's name.
